The Securities and Exchange Commission Historical Society will partner with Brooklyn Law School on a symposium on "The 'Going Private' of U.S. Capital Markets" on Friday, February 29th from 9:00 am to 3:00 pm at the law school. The symposium is co-sponsored by the Dennis J. Block Center for the Study of International Business Law and the Journal of Corporate, Financial and Commercial Law.

75th Anniversary Celebration for SEC Atlanta Regional Office

March 13th • Atlanta, GA

The Securities and Exchange Commission Historical Society, on behalf of the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission, will offer a 75th anniversary celebration for the staff of the SEC Atlanta  Regional Office on Thursday, March 13th from 2:00 to 4:00 pm.  Current Society volunteer leaders and donors and current ASECA members in the region will also be welcome to attend.

The event will be held at the SEC Atlanta Regional Office building, 3475 Lenox Road N.E., in the University of Georgia Terry School of Business Event Room on the lobby level.
