Ninth Annual Meeting – Broadcast June 5th

The SEC Historical Society's Ninth Annual Meeting, to be held on June 5th from 12:00 noon to 1:30 pm ET, will discuss the SEC Division of Investment Management's exemptive authority. The program will be moderated by Martin Lybecker, with Kenneth Berman, Maria Gattuso, Kathleen Moriarty and Robert Plaze.

The Best of NERA 2008 – Broadcast July 29th

Top presentations from NERA Economic Consulting's 2008 Finance, Law and Securities Litigation Seminar will be presented on July 29th from 3:00 to 4:00 pm ET. The Best of NERA 2008 will mark the 5th anniversary of the launch of "Best of NERA” on www.sechistorical.org. Past "Best of NERA” programs, beginning in 2004, can be accessed through Online Programs. Fireside Chats – Broadcast March through October

The Fireside Chats – the SEC Historical Society's signature online program – will celebrate their fifth consecutive year of broadcast in 2008. Theresa Gabaldon, Lyle T. Alverson Professor of Law, The George Washington University Law School will return as moderator for the chats.
